Well, I'm still here.  I haven't given up all hope yet.  However if I said I wasn't discouraged I'd be lying through my teeth.

The Teabaggers have gotten me to the point, where I don't even bother to challenge them here in Florida anymore.  I can't handle all the nastiness.  Other than wishing they might all drop dead, and thinking that is bad Karma.

It would seem, the nation is turning yet more conservative.  At least a Democrat won in upstate NY.  Gay Marriage is seeming to be a losing cause.  Angela Merkel gave a speech to Congress, on Global Warming and international cooperation.  The American media, didn't even bother to mention it. It would seem Europe  no longer matters.

Obama made a visit to Florida, and hardly anyone here took notice. Local politicians, have held rallies against healthcare reform.  I wore my "HealthInsurance Reform Now" tee shirt only twice.  The remarks, and dirty looks I got, did not do my heart condition any good at all.

Speaking of that, no insurance no care.  That's pretty much how it goes down here in sunny Florida.  If you have a condition, they don't need to insure you.  It's a vicious circle.  Yet the masses here, seem to think it's better the way it is, without fixing.  I am sick anId tired of it, maybe just Sick and Tired period!  

 That is the reason I haven't posted here in quite awhile.  I have decided, it's just not worth the strain.  I would rather just go to the beach, or ride my bike.  I will let others do the fighting.  I have had it.
