I agree, Brinna. But, at least, more states are passing this proposal. I heard that the federal government still has control over this issue... that if someone is caught with marijuana but has a prescription for it, they still can get arrested but will be dealt with at the state level instead of at the federal level... in those states where it's legal to take marijuana for medicinal purposes.

If that isn't a farce, then I don't know what is. The feds still have control over it, even though states are making it legal.
