Freshly polished floor + Thin socks = Dingbat with a bruised ass.
Peanut butter balls + Whiney puppy = Guilt Trip!
Layers of fleece blankets + Fuzzy socks + Bulldog = I stay warm even when the heater is not working!
Dog with one hell of a nose + Good timing = Finding $20 in the bushes, lol

Have you thought about using non-skid polish on your floors? I have ceramic tile throughout and went down with a thump that shook the island! My "paper boy" lady had to help me up. No more of that! I'm over 70 and 5'2" and weigh over 250..... when I go down, I CAN'T get up! I'm shaped like a pumpkin and bounce about as well, too.
Non-skid or non-slip acrylic floor polish. (Can't remember which one and I'm away from home just now) Could save you a bruise or two.
