Christmas Leftovers Gone Wild

Here are some dishes that your family will be sure to "gobble" down.

 There are are so many ways that leftover turkey can be used to create a second delicious meal.

Turkey Tacos: A new twist on an old favorite.

  • Instead of the usual ground beef used in tacos, finely dice up leftover turkey and saute with your favorite taco spices. Spoon the mixture into taco shells and top with shredded cheese, chilies, lettuce and diced tomato.
