I wonder if Flashforward fans are going to gain any momentum now that the finale has actually happened in their efforts to undo ABC's decision to cancel the show. Now that "Lost" fans are mourning the loss of their favorite show, is there now more room for an obsessive recovary of the show touted as the new "Lost"? Or is Flashforward really dead, despite the new questions raised in the finale? I ask these questions in a new article I wrote, and I wonder if anyone else who saw the finale have any thoughts on this--are these Flashforward fans just tilting at windmills?
As a Lost fan, I watched Flashforward and V with hope, and actually enjoyed Flashforward more than V--so I am a little perplexed by ABC's decision. And as a Lost fan, I understand wondering what we can hang our hats on in terms of the future schedule. I am reminded of how I felt when X-Files and Buffy the Vampire Slayer--and more recently when Dollhouse and Life on Mars was cancelled. The American thinking public needs its obsessions, and when we commit, we do seem to fight for our shows. But are some shows just meant to die a death, despite lingering questions never being answered?
And now, in the wake of the Lost finale, I have been hearing about extras which will explain the Hurley/Ben island experience a bit to be put in the DVD's extra. Might flashfloward put a little in their dvd for their fans? I just am waiting to see how all this will play out...

Was last night the actual finale??? Leaving us all hanging after yet another flash forward?!? To what?!? I thought it left many scenarios still open and unresolved. I am still mourning the end of Lost and this is just another big blow!
