Rate: 16 Flag

In which I pimp out my toddler in the name of combining political commentary and cuteness......

HAHA!!! I've used my son as a door stop, is that worse? ;-)
J/K He's ADORABLE. We have televised video footage of our then 4 year old son with a Kerry/Edwards sign on the News Liz. It's a prized possession. They're never too young to learn the right thing.
RATED
what an amazing cutie!!

Thanks for sharing Liz...nice to put a voice to you as well xo
He is a doll baby! What a pumpkin. And such an excellent political message. May I say it was good to end the day seeing him in a video since this morning I saw the Pennsylvania video and it made me cry? This is so much better.
Love it Liz! I had my kids just for these times...

My 9 yr.old son, perhaps also being pimped out by his Mom, wears an Obama for President pin EVERY day to school. We have a daily panic in the morning if we cannot find that damn pin! He has taken it upon himself to argue with the the plethora of McCain supporters in his 4th grade class and even started an Obama chant in the playground.
We let him stay up tonight to watch the Obamamercial and he was riveted to the screen. At the end he turned to us and said, "He looks like a President and I want him to be mine."
God help us all if our guy loses; my darling son will be as devastated as he was when the NE Pats lost the Super Bowl.
Aww! I just wanna pinch his little cheekers!

(thumbified for bein' puppy kickin' cute)
A wise young man, indeed! And quite debonair.
Fun!

kai (4) already went to an Obama Rally ( U of MD in the spring) and knows him by sight. He'll see him in the news and say" Look, Mama! there's Babak Bama!"
Maybe when he gets a little older he'll be able to draw a picture similar to this and it will be from real life.

In the next episode can we get a little more than 8 seconds? The camera loves him!
Aww. Cute as a bug. Or a button. (Whichever is cuter, that is what he is :)

I second Lonnie's suggestion for more than 8 seconds next time!
What a needed tonic after that PA abomination we whitnessed today. Your son is gorgeous and a great example of hope and enthusiasm for all to see.
Being that all 4 of my kids are out of the house (I started when I was 13), I've been nostalgic as of late. Your little guy is adorable, with a twinkle in his eye and plenty of room for mischief. And he's so smart! Like his mommy.
Greg, would it add to the fun to let you know that his grandma and grandpa are staunch republicans, and when we would take him over to their house for Christmas we'd make sure to feed him while he was wearing his "Little Demi-crat" bib?

Barry, thanks. And to hear me speak you need only ask. You know that.

Odette, I am now glad i have avoided that PA video. Glad I could help.

Alison, I live for the day when I can really talk with my son about this stuff. While I don't want to indoctrinate him so much as educate him, if he turned out like yours I would not be able to be anything but proud.

Jodi, those cheeks have seen some pinchin', trust me....

Steve, he takes after his daddy on his looks. Really. We joke around that I had a stunt belly for nine months and this is really the world's first human clone.

Artfish....we had to do a number of takes because he sometimes says "O-baba."

Lonnie, Donna I will work on the next installment. I think "The Littlest Pundit" may eventually work out to be a series. And Lonnie, I LOVE Lofton's piccie!

Cathy, thanks!

Mary T. -- it used to bother me that my son is almost literally a clone of his daddy, until we both realized that while he may look just like his daddy, he thinks just like me. And is it wrong that sometimes that scares me?
What a little cutie!
PS I love your voice -- very musical! (I must be like Sandra and have a girl crush on you? ;)
