Thanks, guys. This cartoon was just one of those that made sense, but sort of didn't make sense. I don't know how the Tea Party ruined this little guy's summer. Perhaps he is brown nosing to the teacher. Perhaps he is thinking about his parents listening to the news--the budget talks, etc....WHo knows?

I'm just afraid they're gonna ruin my next four years.
