Season Premiere: NBC’s summer talent show is getting a major shakeup in Season 7, as radio shock jock Howard Stern joins Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel on the judging panel. (Pity the poor NBC censors; they’ll be working overtime this summer.) Tonight’s two-hour premiere gets things started with wacky auditions in Los Angeles and St. Louis.
