"Baton Rouge retailers and Halloween-based businesses are hoping the holiday’s surging popularity will be enough to overcome high gasoline prices and fears of the possible collapse of the nation’s financial system."
So chill, America. We've got your back. $700 Billion bailouts not needed here--we're going to Halloween our way to prosperity down here, and overcome the heck out of all that.
High gas prices? Gone. Global financial collapse? Done. And it's all because enough people in Baton Rouge, LA went to the Halloween Store that opened up the last week in September in the old electronics superstore that went out of business and bought some overpriced latex George W. masks and black spray paint for that Yvonne DeCarlo look. All 100% American Halloween fun, made in China by people who wish like hell that they were in the factories where they would be merely subjected to making tainted pet food and milk. I wonder how they solve their economic problems? By dressing up like Americans with lots of credit card debt?
You're welcome.
