Bio
I have been here, oh my, 2 or 3 years and in that time I have seen my youngest daughter wed and have my first beautiful granddaughter. I have seen a son join the Navy and fly away and I have buried my oldest son. This makes two sons I have lost and right now the world seems unfair and harsh but someday I will smile again and remember the good times more than the bad. Did I mention the alcoholic husband who has been in the hospital three times near death...it makes me wonder much about why some live, yet don't, and some die who are just starting to live. Out of 6 children I still have 4 and they are the light of my life....

Thank you LL. Your voice is beautiful and you sounded so at peace. I'm thankful for that. You are in my heart and thoughts this season.
Always one of my favorite songs.
Love this...and your generous gift of song! Many thanks! r

I enjoyed your voice and your interpretation of this song. Thank you.
Thank you all so very much. It is so hard for me to just accept the first taping and put it out for the world to hear. I try hard to let the small imperfections go and just enjoy singing.
This is my favorite Christmas song and I thought I just had to try to sing it this year. Singing, music, cleanses my soul and yes relaxes me.
I am so happy you all liked it. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
Good singing of a good song. Thanks LL2!
Thanks, LL, I love that song and your singing. Merry Christmas to you, too!
Is that snow outside of your house?
Janice, I had to go look at the video again and I see what you mean by snow. Actually I was out at one of our many lakes around here and that is the brown grass on the other side of the lake. I wish we had snow out here!
Oh, gosh, WHAT A VOICE!!!!! I think I've said this before, haven't I? THANKS!!!!
Thanks for the gift your your lovely voice, LL2 - may your 2011 be filled with music and happiness too. Happy holidays and all the best.

...and merry christmas to you too LL. We love you too!

This was a special gift to receive. : )
Lovely.....just lovely......thank you for sharing this!

So much love to you, as always.
Thank you my friends, I find I keep listening to me sing tonight and marvel that it is me finally free, finally singing and I am so happy you all are here with me to share in my awakening.
For now, tonight, I am signing out but thank you all so much for your kindness.
My favorite Christmas song. Another beautiful song sung by a beautiful person. No wind or ducks this time though.

Gotta have ducks, ya just gotta have ducks :-)
I may be a self professed blue blood grinch LL, but you lovely voice and your heart felt wishes for better shine here.
The same back to you here. May the new year bring better for us all...
Thank you, LL. You are an inspiration.
Thanks everyone and Boomer Bob, watch closely in the background there may not be wind but there is a flock of geese landing :)
LL, this is wonderful - thank you! And the best to you - always!
Merry Christmas, Lunchlady! Thank you for this very, very special gift. Love you too.
Merry Christmas to you as well! That song is one of my favorites, but too low for my range, so it really sounds bad when I sing it. You did a beautiful job with this. Thank you so much for this. I had to wait until this morning to listen as I didn't want to interrupt Scrooge's bad mood yesterday. (You should see my older granddaughter's robe, it is exquisite, I am going to try to take a picture before I wrap it. I need to take these to Louisville tomorrow. So I need to get to it this morning!)
