It's a great idea, and long overdue frankly.  There is only one cause of rape ... rapists who are unable or unwilling to control themselves.  Rape is never caused by the person raped ... not by dress, not by action, not by gender, not by speech.  The only cause of rape is the rapist choosing to rape someone else. 

"So when she changed her mind, I stopped."  It really is no more complicated than that.  There is a very simple way to stop rape ... get rapists  simply to choose to stop instead of to choose to rape.
