You bet'cha I'm tired; I went to all the Rally's on Washington!
So far; I have "Carpel Tunnel" from the damn Sharpies, "Laryngitis" from the yelling, "Indigestion" from the Chili Dogs & my date has "Crushed Nuts"!
Actually; I never went home from the 1st Rally!
That's right; I was swept along to the next, and the next, and frankly need to "Gym, Tan, Laundry"! (For those who don't admit to watching TV's "Jersey Shore"- that's just one of their Mantras)
Luckily for all the Rallys; they got me at a very vulnerable time in my life.
With me; they weren't Preaching to the Choir - I am an empty slate: No Party, no Job & going to "Coffee Rehab"!
Weak & Commitment free! It was kinda energizing - I changed Religions 4 times!
Yes, I've been out there frolicking among the Monuments & The National Mall way too long - I even gave "Lincoln" a Lap Dance!
You didn't see everything on TV!
The real reason for the big turnout at the Glenn Beck Rally was he quietly publicized "A Dive For Pennies" in the Reflecting Pool!
He thought he was helping the unemployed when he handed out Penny Wrappers!
It was surreal; he watched over the spectacle like an Emperor! Me? I got 3 cents & a Bra from the 1940's!
I think the event was a disappointment to Beck because at the end he pulled out his Blackboard and wrote 100 times: "I WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER FREAKIN' RALLY AGAIN"!
And in small print: "Russ, you were supposed to be here"!
But I loved the last Rally; you know, to Restore Sanity and/or "Fear of Crowds".
That's one good thing that I got out of all this - I don't have Agoraphobia anymore.
But I got something else - "The Medic on the Mall" said "It's the 2 Year Itch" - whenever there's a chance that Republicans will get "The House" - it comes back"!
But Stewart & Colbert were good - reminded me of "Bob Hope & Bing Crosby" in "Road To Wasilla"!
I heard they had Sarah Palin all lined up to play Dorothy Lamour's part; but she changed her mind after she found out she was going to be paid in "Tea Bags"!
Well, the mid-term Election is over & as they say: "To the Victors goes The Spoils" - that's right; "The McRib" is back!
