Poor Waterloo, Iowa! Of all the gaffes Michele Bachmann has made - "Waterloo" has to be her downfall. In her own Hometown too; ouch!
Mixing up the birthplace of Movie Legend John Wayne with Hellish-Clown, John Wayne Gacy only proves she shouldn't have pulled an all-nighter - helping her 23+ kids with their homework the night before!
Actually John Wayne was born elsewhere & Michele was just indulging in a little creative transference technique used in Politics; like inventing the Internet!
Thank G-d she didn't confuse him with John Wayne Bobbitt; the Press would hound her like a Dog with a Bone! And what's worse; she couldn't have a Photo-Op in front of the Washington Monument with a straight face!
So alas; her Nomination wasn't meant to be! I hear at the 2012 Republican Convention she'll be singing a new Tune - accompanied by The Gay Men's A Cappella Chorus:
