I'm the only one in my household that doesn't have one and I find that I'm constantly saying "Hey...let me use your iPhone real quick. Just for a second..." It's only a matter of time...
I love my iPhone! I can honestly say that it has changed my life. They have a 16GB version now, too!
In parts of San Francisco there are whole other phone concerns beyond design and beauty... I'm not convinced there is good enough reception for ATT phones on my side of the hill. Verizon supposedly works better, and we still go outside to get more twigs. I'm glad a lot of WELL customers use iPhones to hang out together! Here's to simple design and conforming html.
Nope, sans iPhone for now. I don't trust myself not to lose it/break it/send it through the washing machine.
I have one, too. Unfortunately, reception in the SF office makes actually using it rather pesky. For those with iPhones, check out the logo if you add Salon to your home screen. Compliments to Christopher Walsh for that. Seeing if
 works for formatting…
No dice. Double line breaks be damned.

Hrm...

how
 about
 this?

I was playing with it at the Mac store this weekend, and thought, this is how I felt when I held my babies for the first time. I love youuuuu. I looooooove youuuuuuu.
You'll wonder how you got by without it and how a company could jump 10 years ahead of the competition on their first try.
A Mac fetishist, I would take one of those new superslim keyboards, a Apple TV and a Time Capsule before I go with an iPhone, but then I only bought my first cell phone a couple of years ago. I hate the telephone -- for reasons I've never really examined -- and that seems to have triumphed over my reflexive coveting of all things Mac. Plus, it isn't white or titanium. I don't swoon for black tech.
I still sort of lust after it, but I agree with Gail -- I really use my phone, and there are a lot of places in SF (including our office!) where AT&T isn't good service. So I stuck with Sprint and got a Blackberry...if I could get a Sprint iPhone, I would in a heartbeat, though.
