I love writing, so when a coworker (I'm a nurse) introduced me to her writings on this site, I was intrigued. I used to write full time for a newspaper after graduating with my English degree from UC Davis. But, most of what I write now are annotations about why my patient refuses to take his pills... Anyhoo, perhaps this will encourage me to flex my writing muscles a bit more.
