That's what my parents said ... in 1956. And as the beneficiary, ('cept for the service and a crazy time I *lived* in Alabama) I've been in FL ever since, and would not leave (except out of necessity)anytime between October and May ... unless I was headed south ;o) I hate it when it's 40!
