Yup, its summer.  I should be excited right?  Im not.  Summer really is the worst time for someone who lives in the middle of no where.  But anyone who lives in the middle of no where can get out... with a car.  Gee wizz, its amazing how one thing is the only thing that will bring me joy.

      Living in Colorado Springs, the ONLY way to get around is by car.  Now dont start with using the bus.  Honey, the bus does not stop anywhere near my house.  If I found a bus stop, it could take me to the mall lets say.  Yeah by like eight in the evening!  Really, whats the point?

      Yeah yeah, Im 17 and going on the be a senior upcomming school year.  Whoop de do.  I know a lot of people with lisences, even younger people who HAVE a car and can legally drive it to where ever they please.  I didnt jump on the bandwagon at 15 1/2 to get my permit.  Nope.  I got it January of 2009.  Yeah...

      About 30 minutes ago, I got a text from my very close cousin.  Lookes like she got her lisence.  Damn, what better a time, just about the beginning of summer.  Hell yeah Im jealous.  It took my lazy ass a whole year to even get my permit.  It was my choice. 

      To me, it all comes down to the car.  Im selfish, I know.  But what is the point of getting a lisence, when I know good and well when it get it I wont have a car.  I just dont see why I should.  There is no way in hell Im ganna barrow by daddy's huge truck.  I dont mind my mum's van but, I want my own car to drive myself home from school, instead of taking the school bus for 30 minutes, then walking home another 30 minutes.  School lets out at 3:00 PM.  I dont get home till 4:00.  Thats a whole HOUR waisted.  Driving it takes 10-15 mintues give or take.  Thats 45 minutes do to homework!  I could be so productive!

    So I have to wait a year before applying for my lisence.  Thats half the school year...  At this point, I dont give a fuck about driving.
