Obviously investors believe him - stocks climb based on this prediction which is obviously slated to help stocks climb. There seems to be little basis for his statement outside of wishful thinking. I guess he's joined The Secret crowd and is trying to manifest destiny through thinking happy thoughts. Reality bites. Misinformation only prolongs the inevitable (eco- shift) and makes it worse.
