Bio
I know every now and then it comes to my mind that time is going. Time seems to be prevalent in determining how we do what with the time we have. Do we spend time with family and friends? Do we get those last minute details done to the last detail for a birthday party, or for a wedding? I actually have both, tomorrow is my one daughters birthday, she will be nineteen. She has a beautiful baby boy who is now 4 months old. He is adorable, and is a pleasure to have around. I am happy to report that my other daughter will be going for 25 in May, and is planning to marry a wonderful man in Sept. of 12. There plans seem to coming along, and I am happy for them. My other son and his wife still live in with us, as things are quite expensive, this is a very common thread it seems in this day and age. Things cost a lot and people are utilizing the most out of coupons, and fixing stuff as opposed to running out and buying more. My oldest son is with a wonderful girl with children from her previous marraige and he has other things hes always into. I would hope that one day when I am not around anymore, my family will remain close. I love Sunday's as they are truly a time for family.

Such a Sad Fate

Rate: 1 Flag

Sensationalism appeals to the masses who put the hunch on everything that they cannot see, except what the media has exploited. The media in the case of Casey Anthony has been able to not been able to prove one thing except that people get paid extremely good money to be able to broadcast a great story. As witnessed in the past couple of years, the news has went into special editions, breaking news, new information, specific interviews of close friends and other important people in the horrific case of Little Caylee Anthony. This horrific case litterally stole hours and hours, weeks and months of t.v. time with theoretical points of view, who dun'its, possible leads with the mother of Caylee on trail practically from day one.

Was it possible that the mother would want to kill the little doe eyed beauty? Even after all the hearesay regarding the therotical evidence? The theorhetorical evidence did not prove anything, except that people knew certain facts regarding what her likes and dislikes were, people knew that the mother liked to party. That dosen't prove you would or would not want to murder your child.  There were many ways for the proscution to make the mother look neglible in the homicide, but not culpulable of the murder. Even knowing the death penalty would have been a possibility  the lawyer in her case must advise her client of what could possibly happen. The death penalty has the sense of wind blowing through a dark forest of doubt in it's own terrifying sense.

There was testimony that  Casey Anthony may have been molested, a troubling problem, but how does this tie her to murder? It is mostly smoke and screen analog meant to scare and berate her sense of legitamacy. The jury didn't buy it, the sense of people watching the mother and just not know if she did or did not do it, while never breaking down during the trail I might be persuaded to believe that she had to show a sense of solemn remorse for her daughter.

Knowing the child was missing, seemed somehow hard to bypass, how do you not report a child missing until 31 days have passed? But this dosen't prove that she killed the child either, but the car having a bad stench? Questionable? but there were no eye witnesses that could testify they saw a body. So she was acquitted, her life will never be the same, she has been exploited, and people are still not convinced that she is innocent. Much like O.J. Simpson, where the same size foot print was at the murder scene, the glove didn't fit O.J.'s hand, there was simply too much circumstantial evidence, which does not prove murder beyond a doubt.

As the situations began to change daily with new testimony, the case became more about keeping track of who knew what when. The mothers testimony was different, the father couldn't keep his composure, the brother knew alot about the familys dysfunction, but this didn't prove that Casey Anthony killed her daughter. So the last reasonable thing to do, was to acquit her of first degree murder. The prosecution in the case did belive that Casey lied about certain statements she made to the court, there was simply too much circumstantial evidence to put the  mother in the same place as the person who would want to steal this little girls life.

I don't know that I buy the whole drowned in the backyard pool bit either, it would still be devasting, most people would call 911 to report such an awful occurence. I would hope that the media would learn to not identify with such sensationalism, even though the money must be amazing, it does take away from the case at hand, when the circumstances are allready beyond belief.

Thank you for this. America has become a lynch mob, and the media is largely to blame. No one know for certain what happened to Callie...
