Over 800 Million Internet users of  planet Earth,  polled metaphysically over the 2 years (2006-2008) by TeleConsious, an indepedent "Extraterrestial Sensory Perception Agency", have willingly cast their votes (unconsciously, but still willingly), and accordingly, sometime in 2009, the Intergalactic Council for Judicial Affairs approved and announced a major win for global freedom late last night, when it accepted the co-initiave formulation of peaceful members of our society, a new nation, to be called the Nation of Uplifted, Transcendental, Righteous, Intelligent, Beautiful Earthlings (NUTRIBE). National Site: www.nutribe.org.  Citizenship Information and Requests will be offered to Nutribe citizen applicants online @ UCMS.US, by Universal Citizenship Management Services, LLC.

Our new nation (ours, for those who choose to accept it) of global governance and jurisdiciton, will be available as a universally and authentic national citizenship status to any human or animal who has been living on planet earth for at least 12 years, regardless of race, color, age, gender, occupation, religion or political view. Nutribe Citizenship is and will always be opt-in, and it will soon only be a click away. Nutribecitizenship is free, opt-in, and no-one will be automatically naturalized to it. A Nutribe citizen in-application must pledge a recorded formal speech of acceptance to consumate their official new citizenship status. More info on the language and technical specifications of this acceptance requirement will come soon.

What happens to old government jurisdictions? Well, it would depend on the old country that you used to live in. Basically, it will deem your old citizenship and any current or new charges against you by any agency of an older jurisdiction (bankrupt USA, for example), an international dispute, and so juridiction must occur on the Interplanetary level. Currently, interplanetary disputes are managed by our neighbouring Sirus Star system, an intergalactic hub of many prosperous and peaceful extraterrestrial nations.

To be clear, any new Nutribe citizen automatically by default (unless requested), will forfiet and void their old citizenship statuses, and jurisdictional governances. What this means is that by becoming a fully-fledged Nutribe Citizen of Earth, you shall have diplomatic immunity to your old country, all of its laws, taxations, and , if the country is considered bankrupt (such as in the USA), any outstanding debts you have in their form of currency (the US Dollar), will be considered "bad debts", and are uncollectible. This can only be overriden by an Interplanetary court that presides over our solar system.

Any International dispute and subsequent appeals to the interplantary courts shall go to the Intergalactic Judicial Council.  Enforcement of the Intergalactic Council of Judicial Affairs is the "Supreme Law of the Milky Way Galaxy" and any contest or motion against you by an older government will have to be tried on planet Nibiru, Sirius star system, where the Intergalactic court of jurisprudence of International Affairs (On Earth and throughout every planet in a 5 Light-year Radius), holds its closest Preliminary Hearings.

 This important announcement was made in 2009 but just delivered in a cosmic-space capsule by the Universal Space Postal Co-Operative to the earth's leaders today, since the postal system was only designed and is limited to delivering infomration at the speed of light, it took about 1.8 years to get here from Nibiru's messeger service, which was subcontracted by the Interplanetary Court of our local S4 geolocation area. S4 (S.S.S.S.) stands for the Sirius and Surounding Star Systems, and is verified as registered with the Universal Space Mapping Alliance (USMA), who tracks all goelocation matters such as these. The message contained in the microscopic cosmic space capsule which, upon forensic analysis, made possible the translation of the contents of the message.

Microscopy of the capsule was made possible by Nikon at their International Headquarters in New York City, NY yesterday. No members of the microscopy analysis team assigned to this project were currently available for comment, probably because they are all sleeping after a long nights work of imagery analysis. The final report is awaiting official confirmation before disclosure to the public and apparently there seems to be a hangup with  NSA and CIA agents threatening them to destroy their work.

The report was cryptographically sent vis SSL to our press team at MonkeyBusiness™, and U4EA Networks, Inc (DE), of which I am the founder and Chief Executive Officer. I have also been invited to help draft the new constitution of the Nutribe nation. We have already begun alpha development of the currency system that will be adopted by Nutribe and its citizens. Tentatively we will call these units of currency Electric Bananas. For news of how we can all exchange any reserve world currencies into Interplanetary currencies, and perhaps even intergalactic and universal forms of trade units, will also be addressed and announced soon.
