WHAT I DID ON MY VACATION… yadda…yadda…yadda…
Nearly everyone has, at one time or another, been bored to near distraction by a seemingly endless stream of vacation photos, accompanied by banal narrative.
I plan to spare you more of the same, my OS comrades.
For the next few days, I’ll simply share my digital iterations from 35mm shots, taken on recent excursions into Italy, France and Spain. (walked nearly 25 miles in four days and kept up with my younger sibs…despite battling a whopping case of bronchitis...who wudda’ thunkint?)
I’ve skipped pics of the familiar monuments, for the most part, choosing to focus on (pardon the pun) architectural elements, landscapes and cityscapes. The next three images were originally photographed by my brother and sister-in-law. The rest were shot with my camera.Hope you enjoy…

BTW, where's the pizza in Pizza? Do they have Mexican pizza? Can I get in 30 minutes or less? With Buffalo wings? This is what OS bloggers want to know. ; )

Stacey- The one you referenced was taken through a dirty, tour-bus window and I was amazed that it turned out so well.
Stephen-Wait till you see some shots from Nice, France...The city and setting are glorious! Not the Appalachians, but I bet the place would steal a bit of your heart...
MAWB- Happily, until you return to Italy, you do have Grand View Drive...and GRAND it is!
Buffy- Your generous complements mean so much, Dear Heart.
Chuck- I expected the Purple Sky to catch your eye. You clearly have an affinity for subtleties.
Zuma- Your posts often bring a tear to my eye, as well...
