Magnificent. How much cooler is it over there now compared to the plains? Been to Simla, but not to Manali. Showing my age, but in my day it was quite an arduous trip. I can see from the beautiful pics there are much better "pukka" roads there now.

- yes, good roads, 10 degrees, Manali is only a valley, tho at 7200 feet OSL it is quite high
