:) back on the roll
reclaimed all the mail I had lost access to.
welcomed a score of forty plus and rocking fellows at the FB group that VTK Menon who used to blog here once had started (and I suspect based on what I had laughingly said to him once when we had met up in college street coffee house at Kolkata, that we are forty plus and rocking and thats what shd matter) and that I had completely forgotten about.
still no place to live at
still single
but great work
great people that are friends :)
and Tink celebrated his blogiversary
and someone shot the roses :) and I even rated the act
and JME is on top of the world and visible at long last - I used to wonder what exactly his mug looks like - now I know :)
old friends, we got back in touch with everyone is doing fine, Melissa, Michael, GT, Newton included
my best friend has found a new house for his family two hours ago
Linda Secc is back
Ben's been writing some pretty lyrical stuff
comments are closed on some friend's blogs - Slick, why???
people that always wanted to be on the cover at last got their cover - covers actually,
and generally speaking looks like life has been interesting, and am still on a roll,
some things look calm on the surface and
I wait for a storm
but since static I hate - I am grateful for all the movement and the pace of change
better to be on a roll than be rotting at some shore
tonight am happy
tomorrow?
and on the 13th?
who knows?
why care?
am here now and that's that -
can see the eclipsed moon outside
I smiled
how can you see what is eclipsed?
you can if you know it is there

"tired of these kids, i am." - I missed your kid posts - I was an avid reader of your kid posts and I always thought they shd all be compiled in a Wimpy Kid like novella.
"glad you are here, and it is nice to see JME on top,"
thanks, yes - and you rock! enjoyed your comments at Tink's :)
One day at a time is a wise mantra. May each December day bring pleasant surprises.
