I received a real letter after a really long long time

in which someone actually opened up and talked

such things make you stay grounded

and remember we are all humans -

thank you Phil

and there was poerty on my brithday

specially captured on video and sent home

the message was : choroi beti, N

thank you her, thank you you M

thanks to my stars that rise and set so fast

now I dont even know where I had been!

My sister and I still write a real letter to each other every month and I always enjoy writing and reading them.

Belatedly catching up with someone's life by starting from the most recent post (the YWCA incident) and working backwards gives a strange view of the narrative of their life. Musing over why a friend despises any kind of exercise, including walking, I realized that the difference is whether you're engaged in experiencing the moment, or busy comparing it with past and future. Reading of your days, Rolling, it's clear that you are more engaged with the moment, and with those around you than many of the people you encounter. You value your self in doing that, which is a worthy thing to do. Be well.
