I was educated once, I've gotten over it. I was a conservative once, now I think people need a chance so I think I've become a progressive. Possibly wrong, but not likely. Too much training is not good for the soul, but real learning takes time and tragedy. I've come to question the very essence of every belief I've ever had. The unquestioning American is a waste of good air. I'd rather sail then just about anything else I've ever tried. Being close to the sea and at the mercy of the elements provides a pleasure that I have never found in any other activity. Sailing helps you to realize that as much as you try to be in charge of your fate, you have less power than Mother Nature. You, no matter how educated or powerful, will live or die with the consequences.
