I'm sorry, but ya'll don't have enough experience. I'm sorry, but I can't tell why we won't hire you, because we're damn sure you would sue us for age discrimination.

In school I learned certain genetic traits skip a generation.  I didn't know jobs were one of them.

Maybe if you wore something more professional looking when you went on a job interview. But that all depends on the "profession". ; )
