Finally! An Apple Press Conference about iPhone4

Rate: 0 Flag

On Friday, July 16th, there will be a press conference at 10AM PST to discuss the software glitches plaguing the iPhone 4. Journalists are invited, according to the Washington Post. http://bit.ly/bHN4Z5

The press conference follows numerous consumer complaints, a class action lawsuit, a poor rating by Consumer Reports and its stock price dipping by 2.13 percent at $251.80 close yesterday.

Connecting with consumers in a formal way -- that is through the media -- will likely engender confidence that complaints are being seriously addressed.

I had my iPhone 4 since Tuesday and I love it so far (except for its antenna design issue). Instead of wasting time suing Apple, I put a tape over the antenna.
Lawsuits do take a lot of time. Many are based on a level of frustration. Apple is offering some solutions. AT&T should stop frustrating its customers.
