The situation in the Gulf of Mexico is a desperate one, but I'm sure I don't have to tell you that. It's easy to get frustrated because we want to help and can't or don't know what we can do. Not everyone can donate time or money or both. Here is one thing we all CAN do.
It doesn't matter what your religious or spiritual background or current beliefs are. I personally am an agnostic however I do believe that we and everything around us is energy and that we are all connected and can affect the energy fields that surround us by our thoughts and actions. If you don't believe and think it's all mumbo jumbo, that is fine and I respect that too. But if you do believe or even just have an open mind to the possibility, then please, watch this video and join me and the Turtle Lodge in uniting voices, hearts and minds for healing the Gulf of Mexico.

Julie, you have it exactly right! We must STOP sending our anger there! The Gulf has enough to deal with.
I have been focusing on having Angel/Spirits (whatever) clear a path for the "one who has the solution" to the leak. There is someone but how will they find their way to the ears that have power. I am asking constantly that a path be made to get this person to the BP engineers.
If people can pray or meditate, just here and there, one quick minute when it pops in your head that you are frustrated. Take that "loud" energy and focus it on love, calling the Angels to move that person forward to the right ears. WE make the miracles when WE call for them. This is a time to pray loud and call all the help we can muster. You and Julie are right. We can fix this, it is ours to cherish.
(I do Reiki, too, along with other energy work. The lashing out in anger, from powerlessness, expands the problem, as we know. And go L'Heure! The paths are there and cleared, really for more than one... The question is which way are we all going?!)
