Today I wish to share another's word's.  Forgive me for reprinting rather than original writing but I cannot improve upon these words.  Peace begins with me.  

♥ It is human beings who decide to start wars and, if they want — in the next five minutes — all war could be stopped. War is not a supernatural phenomenon that nobody has any control over. These guns don't do it by themselves. Somebody has to pull the trigger. If all the people of this earth in unison were to say, 'Stop it,' it would be stopped. It would. ♥

♥This war that rages inside of you is sometimes just as dangerous as any war fought on the outside. And the innocent are killed in this war, too. The innocent are this breath, this time, this possibility of peace. They are sacrificed in the arrogance of the war of confusion. Clarity is therefore mandatory.♥

♥You need to see who you really are. 'Know thyself.' It will bring you joy, it will bring you clarity, it will bring you understanding. You will know who you are, and how blessed you are. That's what 'Know thyself' means.♥

♥Are you interested in increasing the value of this time that you have on the face of this earth? I’m not here to fill your head with who you were in your last lifetime. I’m not here to fill your head with what’s going to happen to you after you die, because I don’t think you can afford to speculate. I don’t think you can afford to say, 'I think this will happen to me after I die.' Because what you have to do, you have to do now. ♥

♥'Why am I here? What am I doing here? What is the purpose of my life?' Either you have asked these questions or you haven’t—yet. There’s only a matter of time before you will. And every single generation asks these questions; people have been asking these questions as far back as you can go in time, and nobody has the answer for them. Because the answer to these questions can only be felt.♥

♥Pain is pain. Suffering is suffering. And peace is peace. Regardless of your money, regardless of your stature, regardless of your accomplishments, peace is peace. Regardless of your failures, peace is peace. This heart wants that peace, and that's it. That is the only way to be fulfilled.♥
