Time to Face a Medical Problem

Time to face up to a medical problem, high blood pressure. I have other issues, like a slight tremor in my left hand and the need for a knee replacement, but it's time to acknowledge that high BP is the most critical thing right now. Despite being on meds for this, my BP has been edging up again, and today the bottom number was over 100 twice. Yes, I will call the doc ASAP. Can't afford denial. Do I want to have a stroke or heart attack? Do I want to be around much longer to write and make music and love.

You are not alone. If you can't walk your blues away can you swim? Love is the best medicine. But put your mind at ease with the doc (could be a cross reaction? change in lifestyle, diet?). Whadda I know? Just trying to be here for ya.

Get thee to a doctor! R
I was on this diet for two months, lost 20 pounds and bp back to normal with no meds. I'm trying to start again but keep not doing it. Tomorrow. No excuses.

Yeah, denial can be pretty costly. Get checked.
Stress. Good luck managing it but let it go up as long as it comes down again. Balance in all things.
