words have power

beautiful   ugly   timid   brace   once we say it we can't take it back   it changes the recipient   it changes ourselves   it changes others in our life   once word can create or destroy   once it is spoken you cannot take it back   even in a dream a word can change you   it can also enlighten you   it can make you think twice when awake

but even more powerful, sometimes, are words woven into a manipulative fabric that cannot easily be pulled apart.   the sociopaths are good at that   they are coward but they can inflict damage   they don't come out and say what's on their mind directly   they sneak around and play with your head   they move so fast sometimes you are wounded before you realize it

be conscious, my friends of words   they have the power to heal, and as I said, destroy   they can break a cherished bond   or create one

words also have power on the world stage   "We will use any means necessary, even the nuclear option (implied)   and the first strike is okay (implied)   thoughtlessness   manipulation

be very conscious, my friends, of the power of words   be mindful   be observant   be strong
