Woke up to a glorious winter day. Bright sunshine, 18 wonderful degrees Farenheit, not a cloud to be seen. I even, gasp, went outside to shovel because it was just too nice to stay inside.
I did the driveway, too, which is quite the job. I need a new one so I have a trough for a tire route on one side, a ridge in the middle, and the asphalt is broken. But I keep the weeds out of it and have channels for the water to drain to the road, so you can still tell where it is. That, and it points at the garage door.
I walked my recycling down the road, too, because it was that nice outside.
Came in, ate some homemade vegetable glop (started out as soup but I can never keep stuff soupy on purpose) which was very tasty. Thinking about getting up and clearing stuff so I can study, and Puff started acting weird. Like she had a thumbnail caught in her collar or something.
Would that it were a thumbnail. She was having a seizure. My Poody had a seizure today. Grand mal? As I was holding her back, her whole body went stiff, her little feet were slowly paddling, her back was arched and her pupils were dilated. I didn't think to get a video for her doctor until the end. So I cradled her back and petted her so she knew she wasn't alone for it. I'm not ready for this.
At least the sun is still shining.
