Day 5 of my new lifestyle went very well. I had an excellent time at the gym and did well with my eating today. I was going to say that I saw someone that I would like to be like, but what I really need to do is to be the best me that I can be. But this girl was doing one legged squats, her rear foot on a bench, while holding a 35 pound weight over her head. That was impressive.
