WELCOME TO A CRIPPLE'S WORLD From here on out, this blog will carry regular contributions by the author (me), concerning how and where the disabled are inaccurately portrayed, or more often than not, simply ignored by the media. Please feel free to read my previous posts, as this is something of a "stream of consciousness" blog, and one entry very well may, and often does depend on what has already been said. Please be aware, I am un-PC, a bit of a smart ass, and as Rodney Dangerfield said in "Back to School" "I don't take shit from nobody" :-D If the things said here offend you, then so be it. I am a strong minded, strong willed man with an opinion. However, my opinion can and does change over time, as I mature and learn more about the world. So, if you are in the mood to argue, or see something you disagree with, bring it on. Just be forewarned that what I consider "offensive" is not what the rest of the world may find offensive, and vice versa. Okay? So now we have confirmation from Senator Bart Stup-id-ass-ak, (Stupak-D-Mi)  that the president has agreed to sign an executive order, basically saying that...well, basically saying that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will change or will have changed before the bill as after the bill, and that current law will be the law of the land, where abortion law is concerned.

So Mr Stupid-ass-ak, the esteemed colleague from Michigan gets....NOTHING...and the pro-choice and other Dems, including the president lose NOTHING...

So we've basically been held hostage by a group of asshats over something that looked like something at one end (Stupak's demands), but turned out to look like something else at the other end (the compromise), but, coming out the end, it's all basically the same stuff...

 Yep, sounds like somebody's making big piles of shit to me!

The graphic is making me gag, much like the truth of what you have written. Aren't they all just a bunch of buffoons? I don't know what an asshat is, but it sounds about right.

Studman the anti-abortion movement won't go away...they're here til they get what they want and they have gotten plenty. I compare it to the celebration that Scott Roeder was convicted of Dr. Tiller's murder...just because the guy is convicted doesn't mean the danger is gone. We must be vigilant. Much love to you.

I'm not exactly sure what an asshat is either, but it certainly seems appropriate

I can respect a movement's agenda, if it's backed up with real practical application of real life situations. Unfortunately that's not the case with the anti-abortion movement. They depend ENTIRELY on philosophy and rhetoric, devoid of anything approaching realism
