There are important reasons why a cluster of Right Wing Nutcases want Medical Class Action, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Law Suits Ended and why a “Democratic” President is supporting their case.

Once again it appears that President Barack Obama is GW Bush in “Liberal” Clothing.

While physicians are busy “ordering-up” pages of unneeded tests, prescribing unnecessary and dangerous drugs, all a part of what seems to be a façade of protective “defensive,” medicine, as related in the linked CBS/AP story, that story is either uninformed or winking at doctors and smirking at patients. This and not lawsuits are what is driving up a $54 billion set of intentional extra costs, planned to bankrupt Medicare and let the old and infirm die. Very Jesus like, is it not?

Counting the $5.9 trillion Clinton Surplus thrown away on No-Bid contracts by Bush, and the $2.75 Trillion stolen from citizens with the faux gas prices, and the $5 trillion wasted thus far and counting on  a “war” on countries with neither air force nor navy and which are each under armed and 1/12^th  the size of th USA population and 1/10,000 our economic size, and the $2.8 trillion missing and unaccounted from the treasury, the people of the USA have been robbed of  $16.5 TRILLION DOLLARS OVER THE LAST NINE +YEARS and the Republicans are crying that the new Public version of Health care would cost too much at $1 trillion over three years. I guess for Republicans and some Democrats, spending more to kill people and commit genocide is way more fun at 16.5 times the price... some Christians they, no?

Please note that none of the younger Republican so-called "Patriots" are signing up to join the military in Iraq or Afghanistan and that they have rejected a GI Bill and other bills designed to help returning Veterans.

There has, allegedly, been in place by virtually every physician in America a vast conspiratorial attack on Medicare. The goal? The goal is to scare the Hell out of the elderly patients with frightful scenarios, which claim that they are suffering symptoms of a horrific disease and must be tested immediately. Some of these scares end up killing patients through tensions and the rigors of invasive tests.

Forty-seven (47) years ago in England, a country doctor correctly diagnosed one of my secretaries with colon cancer. (Yes, she is considerably old than I am and still loves her work.) They operated, removed a small section of the affected colon and she has been fine ever since. No colonoscopy, no radiation, no Chemotherapy, just good, well trained, not trying to gain dynastic wealth, doctors eager to help their patients. A country doctor at a country hospital worked real medicine curing a patient-a thing almost as rare as a physician without greed.

A female relative who is a physician traces the greed more to the demanding wives of physicians who are driving some of them to be rich, to buy large homes and have legions of friends who bow to them as royalty. That is the Republican wet dream, royalty through wealth, gained mostly gained by picking the pockets of the poor and draining Medicare or their private health insurance policies.

But wait, there is more, (as they say in the TV sales Commercials). Banning law suits will make the theoretical a reality. Is that the further wet dream of the Fascists, Nazi’s, Eugenics/Euthanasia advocates, Bilderberg’s, and racists, whose plan is to reduce the population of the US from three hundred million to 75 million and the world population from six billion to 1.2 billion? Some people believe it is. Some people believe Katrina was a case in point, and h1n1 and its vaccine is more of the same point. Some people believe, based on an IBM paper announcing that a flu Pandemic was 100% on for 2009, that the current flu was planned and planted by the CIA, W.H.O. and/or the US Government to wipe out the elderly and those with weakened systems.

If true then the moronic minds that create these murderous plots have never let their fantasies about The Master Race drift away. Their master race would consist of Caucasian’s only and 80%-90% of the living would be slave laborers, indentured to the 2%-5% of self-nominated elitists another batch of the Caucasian’s laborers would be bred and trained as Elite Guards of the self-appointed, mega trillionaire Master Race Administration of evil, demoniac, retarded, would be geniuses.

It is said that GW Bush could not have gotten into Yale save the 27-37 points given him gained for him by being a scion of Prescott and HWG Bush, his lineage/parentage, a thing as un-American as it can be, reeking of the wet dream of royalty by wealth, and tainted wealth at that. However, Yale and others would non-the-less welcome his genes allegedly consisting of an IQ of under 96 because the conspiratorial fix was in.

Bankrupt Medicare! That is a theme song in some wealthy Republican Communities like DuPage County Illinois. It is all a part of the plot to drain the elderly, bankrupt the young and kill off those of sickly genes.

It is called Eugenics and it was borne of Adolph Hitler, supported by Margaret Sanger and her Planned Parenthood. They wanted Black people all impotent, sterilized or preferably dead and oddly enough some blacks, some Jim Crow blacks, at least, eagerly signed up for the plan.

In a debating class at Roosevelt University, I encountered a cluster of black women among the 60 Jewish Pre-law students, young men like myself simply testing courses and divorce’ housewives seeking a career in teaching (The Class was listed as a history of teaching course which the flaming Liberal Oriental Professor, of exotic beauty and brilliant mind, took a boring curriculum discarded it, but urged assigned text reading the book which the test would cover and learn meantime how to think and debate.)

As the black women climbed on board in their speeches with attachment to Planned Parenthood or some other such program, telling us why they weren’t told about his before, I blocked their comments with essentially what you see here long before its time. By the time I finished they were aware and angry that the “advice” given them on abortion and “Birth Control,” was all to the advantage of white supremacists and to the disadvantage of the black community. My advice, have babies and let the WASPS practice birth control and soon you will outvote them.

The Button
Deep down so far into the blackened pit below the massive laboratory, they worked. Their jobs? Well, it is not a job many would soil their souls by taking. However, those who did made it simple: They made incredible, Baseball slugger/Rock star cash money.

In fact, those who did this job were in a position much like that of Mare Winningham in the 1985/1986 Twilight Zone, Button, Button, where in a man offers a broke, down and out couple, a box with a button on it. If they press the button someone they do not know will die and the button Presser gets $50,000. Except that upon receiving the money and asking, “now what happens,” they are told, ominously, “I can assure you that the box with the button will be cleaned up and given to someone new, someone you do not know and who does not know you…” It is also the subject of the new film “BOX!” we do not know how the killing is done, that is as much a mystery as the identity of those behind it.

However, base and horrifying the idea is, in this case of the above headline, the story is true, but the substitute for the box with the button will kill not one but thousands, tens of thousands, millions. But the box is not a box at all it is a test tube and once again we do not know the identity of the person/persons behind it, but we can guess.

Back in the middle of the 19^th century fornication and allure, lust, desire was outracing Victorian Uptightism by leaps and bounds. People were hopping abed like bunnies or fruit flies. Not surprisingly, birth rates were skyrocketing. A fellow named Malthus said that by 1950 people would be standing on top of each other’s heads, shoulder to shoulder from coast to coast, so over populated would the world be. This despite the truth that in China, one of the two most populous countries in the world, had in ancient times and several times since, lost as many as 500,000-1,000,000 people in floods, earth quakes and epidemics to say nothing, or wars. Those figures would have increased exponentially so that were these beings not lost their population would by now be close to 3-4 billions.

Malthus’ exaggerated plea was ignored by intelligent men of science but not by men of bitter bigotry, who thought that the birth rates of too many of the wrong people were growing rapidly. Margaret Sanger waged a campaign to teach the lower classes not to copulate, or at least not to populate, with an organization called Planned Parenthood, which was racist in direction her admiration of Adolph Hitler’s sterilization program called Eugenics, in which her writings drive the idea of sterilization of Blacks and others. Her diatribes against the poor, the disabled and those other than WASP are well known only to scholars whose care of the indigent ref elects their acceptance of the Premises of Jesus, whether or not they believe him to be the Only Begotten Son of God. In the period between the 1930s and 1940s, Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, established a program called The Negro Project.

Planned Parenthood was allegedly a Nazi inspired means of genocidal control of Black people and others, like Jews, Masons, Catholics, Progressives, and Italians. Abortion was and remains their primary means of so doing, forcefully if necessary. Sanger’s most ardent admirers were Southerners, the Wealthy and Vastly Conservative Republicans.

Behind that plan were the plans of Industrial Giants which believed that if they could wipe out the Blacks they could steal Africa with it’s mineral rich soil, diamonds and all the wealth of that huge continent. It would than become playground and vacation spa for the very rich. Now they plan the same thing for America. Here, they believe, people white, black brown, working class, poor, welfare recipients, the elderly, disabled-mentally, intellectually or physically, the not-so-bright (In a real elitist world GW Bush would be excluded form the Elite, in fact most of its members would be excluded, and the above and the chronically ill, sick, slowly dying, should be given a push.

The Medical Industry, supported by President Barack Obama, says that $54 billion would be saved if all medical malpractice lawsuits were eliminated because it would end “Defensive Medicine.” No, it wouldn’t, that is a bold-faced lie! The doctors would simply raise their prices they are not about to take a pay cut, nor are the hospitals of the makers of high-tech and mostly useless equipment. They will all simply raise their practices and kill off with impunity those they feel are unworthy and there would be nothing anyone could do about that. There have already been cases where some physicians and oral surgeons carelessly and seemingly intentionally have done harm to patients. That is why they lost some heavy lawsuits. Where people have impunity, they will take advantage of it, especially those with mal intent, and those of sadistic bent. (Hey, that Rhymes).

Where criminal law does not apply by will of the wealthy, two other laws will, the law concerning the Class Action, and Malpractice Attorney’s law suits and the law of the gun.

That being the case, such a law would, however, lead inventively to physician assassinations by grieving and frustrated family members and loved ones. If Obama’s administration is drawing closer to that of GW Bush the unparalleled shyster’s of every branch of industries of trust, like banks and brokerage firms and now hospital, insurance companies and even churches. American citizens have been made targets for every unethical trick in the book and more. The people have had in the last nine years. No one to which to turn and they have been abandoned by Obama/Emanuel cowardice and viciousness. That will only will increase and so will the crime rate against those profiting from and responsible for (MMM) Murderous Medical Malpractice.

How hypocritical is it for doctors and their supporters in the Republican and Democratic Party, to cry that their insurance rates are too high that many have to close their doors, but turn a deaf ear to the working class whose insurance and meager coverage rates are more than unaffordable and criminal. Those doctors who are sued, should be out of business and many of those out of business were according to reports, not well liked by patients, who left them in droves, which is the real reason they closed their doors. Standards in medical schools, some say, have been drastically lowered over the last few decades, leading to a dearth of well educated doctors.

If the bills democrats are also now sponsoring pass, the welfare and lives of those which are a profiting part of the Medical Industrial Complex will undoubtedly become the targets of those whose loved ones die at the hands of a none-too-careful Medical Industrial Complex but who are denied justice. Some would call that "Terrorism" others would call it "Texas Justice." We will now have if the Impunity Bill passes, truly a One Party System and a rebel leader who may not even exist, as George Orwell Promised.
