The Supreme Court validating the Obama Health Care tax is in clear violation of the U.S. Constitution. It is a direct tax, prohibited by the Constitution; it creates involuntary servitude, or slavery, in violation of the 13^th Amendment; it violates States Rights to determine health care, in violation of the 10^th Amendment. Millions of people will be out of work, losing their homes, booted out onto the streets. Small businesses will go under, unable to pay the additional heavy tax burden. People seem to think they will all kinds of fancy “health care”, when in fact there are cost-cutting measures, and reducing inefficiency. That translates into you only getting the absolute minimum “care”; here's a pill, now go away and die!
