I'm a little surprised Ms. Megan was allowed to even mimic dancing, but then again, she's apparently allowed to say "pissed off," so clearly they're outside the pale. You're right Owl, they are doing some very creative work and if they were men, I'd bet it gives them hardons, figuratively speaking.

I'm still of the opinion that they do more good than ill for gay folk, despite their intentions, and my biggest fear is that they'll provoke someone to violence.

Far better to laugh at them, if they're going to ask for it so publicly.

He came to our town -- New Paltz, NY -- because our mayor was marrying gay people. We all showed up across the street, and as soon as he set up his signs, we all turned our backs on him, and sang "all you need is Love". No one was looking at him except the media. And all the businesses (even the conservative ones!) and churches and synagogue put up banners that said love thy neighbor, just for him.

It was so cool. He cut his "visit" short, loaded his sad, abused grandchildren in their van, and left early.

Why should we believe anyone that says god hates us? That's terrible marketing.

This past fall, Ms. Lady Ga Ga impersonator was wrapped in an American flag with a megaphone in my neighborhood singing some anti gay anti everything words to the tune of "God Bless America."
Her kids were holding "God Hates Fags" "God Hates Jews" and "God Hates Obama" signs that day.
They are gross.
