My trusty old iMac computer is 12 years old and on it's last leg.

 

 

The screen is half okay and half green tint and for the last 4 months it has gotten worse each and every day. Not to mention my browser was so old it was no longer supported by most of the websites out there... meaning any piece of flash just locks my browser up and I have to force quit, to get out.

Being a savant about my graphics it has been pure torture... you can believe it. A half green screen does not render the best of graphics, I knew the end was near. My 2012 moment was about to arrive.... Until something wonderful happened to me.. I won my disability case, (a total of 14 years in the making) and I am finaly able to advance my graphics for fun and profit in a HUGE NEW DIRECTION!

In just 2 days one of these is going to be delivered to my front door..

 

 

 

It's going to take me a month or two of a learning curve.. maybe a bit more to learn my new graphic software but I think it will be pretty great in the long run of things.

I wanted to say thank you again to all of you who contracted with me for websites and OS banners. It was because of those letters and emails I requested from you, saying that I had indeed performed a graphic related service for you.. It helped me prove that I had indeed made money at a job that I was sent to school and trained to do. It only took me nine years after graduation to turn a profit and ALL of my opportunities were because of my connections on Open Salon.

That says something pretty special to me and I hope it does to you as well.

More, (in the days to come) I will post the whole story, (and am working on it.) It is pages and pages so I may have to break it up into sections, for your reading pleasure. : >]
