 I'm still a couple of weeks out before I get all of the new copies of graphic programs so in the mean time I am learning how to use my new camera. -Ric

Glad to see you happy and involved with new toys! Great shots...well, the feet one not so much. (I have a number of those, and of the car dashboard, and of my nostrils while peering into camera to see what's up... Tho I have a shot of my feet that I use on Facebook and quite like...)

I was sitting outside a shoe store the other day and you wouldn't believe to patent leather, red, shiny basketball shoes. I'd have bought them if they weren't 200 bucks. Those suckers would have jazzed up my life a bit, I bet.

Good pictures Ric. I like 'wood candy' for the colors...
I plan on getting a new camera too soon. let me know how that Olympus works out. I am thinking Canon.....

This my 2nd Olympus camera, (my 1st one lasted 10 years.) I won't own anything besides Olympus.. My opinion they are hands down better than cannon, any day.

I expect it will be the cost of lenses that decide for me Ric. My last one was a Canon and got stolen from my SUV. I will certainly check out Olympus though. I need something more than this point and shoot Kodak I got now. A new computer is coming my way too very soon.....

Beautiful photos! Here's hoping you'll share the joy of your new camera with us often :)

I don't know much about wild flowers, but the pink snap-dragony weeds are actually a type of mint. Mint has "square" stems! Roll them between your fingers the next time you see them and you'll understand what I mean. Thus ends my nature tid-bit of the day.

Yeah.. I wanted to take some pics today but it was........ (wait for it) ... it was/is raining. My last Olympus was waterproof but my new one isn't. The underwater housing is 600 bucks! Not likely to get it either.
