You Can Sue as sung by Gloria Allred

You Can Sue

( To tune of I Can Help by Billy Swan)

If you've got a vagina, don't care how old it is
Gloria Allred, she can assure you this
You can sue, She hates men, too, you can sue
It would sure do her good to help you too,
You can sue

It's a fact that women get screwed, ain't no joke
But a person with a vagina, should never be broke
You can sue, She hates men, too, You can sue
It would sure do her good to help you too,
You can sue

When she goes to sleep at night, vagina chasing always a part of her dream
Holding press conferences, telling the public what she wants it to hear
Don't forget Gloria baby, all you gotta do is call
She has a vagina, too, She can do anything at all
You can sue

If you need a new career, you can sue
It would sure do Gloria good to do you good,
You can sue

Yeah just go away you old vaginas, you have nothing of interest to do or say...
I found this line especially telling.
Rita,
The line, "If you've got a vagina, don't care how old it is," was in reference to Allred's knack for representing young and old. She once rep'd a teenager who was kicked off a cheerleader squad because her boobs were too big. As for old vagina's, Ben Franlin described it best.
Is there any saying about old balls?
Being old. I could write something. haha
I confess to "breaking them" a bit here. I dislike Gloria Allred's tactics because I also dislike the male celebrity lawyer's tactics who don't seem to elicit such personal venom. She does take on woman who have been disenfranchised by their age, such as the women in Atlantic City who had worked at the casinos for years and when the 'uniform' changed they were let go, as the casino deemed them not looking the way they preferred them to. The men follow no such skimpy uniform rules and I can attest many are not young. I guess the same thing bothers me about Franklin's quote which is older woman are always Grateful. Yes, we should all be grateful for whatever we can get, I guess. Personally, I think it runs both ways.
