Instead of vowing to honor and obey, maybe we should swear to aid and abet. That would mean that security is out of the question. The words "make" and "stay" become inappropriate. Funny. There was a blog this week by a man whose banner is the picture of a rifle and his "words" were to the effect that nobody is ever going to take his gun away.

But it is the pen that is mightier than the sword I thought to comment later, but didn't feel it was worth the effort when somebody is that far gone. (I wasn't able to play the video, so you'll have to forgive me.)
Wonderful review this week, it looks like you looked into the camera quite perfectly.

Nice shout out to "the boys" this week and the improvement is noted on the camera thing. I would never have mentioned it since I'm too painfully video-camera shy to even do a video at all. The way I see it, you rock!
Ben Sen...far gone indeed! The pen is mightier than the sword as these men of OS show...and they show it well...good to see you...xox
Romantic...thank you...it's a small improvement, anyway! xox
Bluestocking...it is hard!! Thank you for noticing...it made my presentation much less dynamic (as if it is at all!) because I was really focused on looking into the camera...but I'll get better as I go...xox
You were great, I like the way you expressed yourself about your OS friends That is SO motivating...I also like your soft voice
rated hugs
Great review! I never noticed you didn't look into the camera...These are awesome choices, but I am not as familiar with Steve Katz so I will check him out!

I don;t know Mical and Bobbot is a new friend.
Matt P is my baby"s daddy and Scanner was on Dr Phil with me.

Awesome looking review. scanner is one of my absolute faves. Nice job, as usual, Robin!
Thank you, Simonede...I really appreciate hearing that...xox
Yes, Susie...not looking into the camera was one of the major criticisms I have received...so I'm trying...thank you for coming by and watching...xox
Robin, my friend, Thank you for the kind comments and the link. You are a dear person. I've been off a few days but had to come by and say thank you, this really means a lot to me!
Thank you, Rei! I am having so much trouble getting onto OS and commenting today! xox
Linda, OMG! I tried to comment back to you at least a dozen times! They are all great guys...you will love Mical! xox
Thanks so much for the mention. I have not been around lately as I am busy getting the store ready for the summer...but I will be back! Thanks for your kindness.

I find this absolutely fascinating and a great tip on some other people to read -- thanks -- and I think your video skill are excellent...
scanner, it is my pleasure! Thank you for coming by and watching...xox
Great reviews. I shall peruse all of these posts.
Marty's Husband...thank you so much...I'm learning! xox
Enjoy, Ernesto! xox
Awww, Sarah...how sweet! xoxoxox
I like your weekly review. Try putting a funny stuffed animal up on the camera and talking to that. You are so poised and lovely that it is a pleasure to see the video. Nice speaking voice too. I love all those guys. Thanks for mentioning them!!
You were just fine, Robin - natural and gentle. I agree with your selections and reasons, love all of those men with pens and their writing - although I should read one more. Thanks for this !
♥R
Steve, it is my pleasure! xox
Let's hear it for the boys! Robin, watching and listening to you is just a pleasure. ~r
Zanelle...hey, that's a good idea...the stuffed animal! Maybe that would help...thank you for coming by and watching...I love them, too...and your praise means a lot to me...xox
Fusun...aren't they great? Thank you for your kindness, my friend...xox
Joan...that's great! Let's hear it for the boys! I wish I had thought of that...oh well...thank you for your kindness...xox
Robin, you are a dear heart and my gratitude for what you are doing here is boundless. I only wish I could play the video now, but I will try again when my bandwidth share has replenished. Thank you a huge bunch.
Well done, and excellent choices!
Matt, thank you, my friend...that must really suck for you on the bandwidth with how slow we are around here...bleeeeh! You are so welcome, it is my pleasure...xox
Hey, Owler...thank you!! xox
Robin, doggone it, for some reason I couldn't get the volume on my 'puter up loud enough to hear, but your special effects were gorgeous. I'll try again later.

Lezlie
Lezlie...I've heard that the volume is a problem, so I'll be working on that...thank you for coming by, though! xox
Victoria likes this. Veronica was deleted. :-) xoxoxox ha ha
I apologize, Victoria...I am not the best with names sometimes....xox
:-) Ahh, its alright! :-) oxoxoxoxoxox Just for you.. Your great Robin.
Thank you,Victoria...I'm glad you like it anyway! xox
Looking much better!! I still have sound problems with your videos though. Next time I'm in town I'll pick up a loooong wire that I can use to connect my iMac to my BOSE radio (across the room) so I can boost the sound.
Try putting a photo of someone you like talking to over by your camera and pretend you are talking to them.

Keep working on it! You'll soon beat Walter Winchell!

;-)

I loved the theme- OS men, and I love the split screen format. I will have to check out some of these bloggers- Scanner is awesome, and I haven't read any of these other fellas so I better get to it- I love the sweater btw, and it is hard to look at a camera- or if your not suppose to be looking at the camera- it is hard to not look at it- the hot stove conundrum> ?
skypixie...thanks for noticing the improvement! On the sound...I can hear it at full volume...thank you for coming by and watching! xox
Hayley...I'm glad you liked it...it is hard! Enjoy reading these guys...I just love them! xox
Thanks Robin, I am blushing. The new stuff is a big departure for me. I have been writing for my own purposes for most of my life and for many years it was almost exclusively poems. I started here with the intentions of writing more politically and it morphed into the memoirs. More recently I felt like I should try my hand at fiction and for some reason the current series is living a life of its own. To any who have read nothing beyond what I have posted in the last month or so perhaps you could take a moment and look at the earlier posts for a better idea about who I am, as opposed to seeing me as the mouthpiece for a clever serial killer.
I love how you did that video--the four sections and colors. I have no idea how you did that, but it is cool. R
bobbot...good idea! I know an OS'er who got scared when she read your latest...she thought for a minute it was true!!! Such is the power of your writing...I'm glad you liked it, my friend...I am so glad to know you...xox
Thank you, Sheba! I did it with my housemate's MAC...it has those effects...xox
Tink has been a fan of Mical for a long time now!!! ~nodding~ Glad to see him featured here and hoping more people will get turned on to the Peace!! :)
Tink...I knowwwww...he's one of our best! So are you! xox
Robin, I am sorry I am late to this. I actually thought I rated and it didn't take right after you posted it. I just wanted a chance to really absorb it and I wasn't in the right place. I like the way you did this one installment, you look forward and we can see your expressions, your eyes. Lovely. I am glad Bobbot got some cred here, he is a good one, a good writer and a good friend. All really. Nice take.
Hi Rita...glad you came by...and happy you like the format this week...I'm learning! Hope you are having a good day, my friend...xox
Thank you, Angel! xox
These men with pens are good choices to spotlight. More than good, as a matter of fact.
i'm in a murderous mood for peace right now...
these fellas you mention
got the backbone
needed to bring peace
