YES HE DID!!! As the New York Times reports, Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi finally resigned.    It's time to celebrate with our Italian Brother and Sisters  and cheer the demise of a man who described himself as "the most prosecuted man there has ever been in the whole world ever." Let's also remember that Karl Rove and Conservatives aided Berlusconi and attempted to create a model for how they wanted the U.S. government and economy to run.
