I give up. The day before yesterday, I was going to visit my wife where she works at her part time job. I attempted to step up on the curb, but only got half my foot on the curb. Down I went right onto the side of the 90 degree edge. My left arm, left knee  and left foot took the brunt of the impact. Nothing was broken, but it was pretty painful.

The next day, I'm sitting beside and  chatting with my son in his room while he is getting dressed. (He's 10) He goes to put his sock on and lifts his left foot up and nails me right in my knee scab with his heel. Effing OUCH!!!

I'm at the grocery store today with the wife and am putting groceries in the back of the car. It's the coldest day of the year for us. I'm standing at an angle in relation to the back hatch of the minivan and then proceed to shut the hatch.......the end of the thing scrapes my left nipple. Effing OUCH!!!

I'm done. Time for more Ibuprofen.
