Oh, the U.S. began construction of a huge (25 sq. mi) military base in Israel back in 2005. You have to wonder how long the scenario that is currently playing out was being planned.

As early as 1994 the American Petroleum Institute had been wildly asserting that there was 659 billion barrels of oil in the area around the Caspian Sea but if you ask me long before that the Bush’s had been planning on collecting the ancient Persian Empire. Their Nazi grandfathers were alwayas poking about over there.
