Have you ever had a dish sooo good at some restaurant you can’t remember and/or may not visit ever again, so you try to find that same dish someplace else – hoping against all hope that it will be just as good if not better? Well, this blog is about just such a quest on my part, and it begins with the unbelievable shrimp and grits that I ate at Saluda’s in Columbia, South Carolina.
