Ah, the one-piece jumpsuit. A fashion reporter at the Wall Street Journal just spent five paragraphs describing in detail how to choose and wear one to “create an individual look”.
I can do the same in one word: Don’t.
From sagging crotch to camel-toed cat suit, I can think of no other garment so hideous and unflattering as the jumpsuit. Except maybe those padded shoulders from the 1980s.
Could this monstrosity really be the next big thing in fashion forwardness?
And who came up with the name “jumpsuit” anyway?
