PLEEEEASE. somehow it got switched from the old type to the new type.  She is incompetent and does not understand how to use the controls in e mail.  Sabrina I am sorry to say there is nothing about the computer that is intuitive to her.  She does not understand windows no matter how many times I explain it to her. She is not coachable and argues with me.  The other day I threatened to hang up on her.
