Needing only a moderate watering

Rate: 9 Flag

The cherry tree  that fell

and washed away last winter,

now bursts pink from the stump.

Golden yellow daffodils run

in abundance

along the first

green edging of the bank.

Here I sit,

a honeysuckled heart

thirsting for rain,

arching toward light,

attempting to force

a bloom.

You are already blooming with your words. Very beautiful, very sweet.
the rain has already quenched the soil of your soul. --rated--
Moving and still, very still, listening. Loved this.
