I am a shell of she.
A shell of she
is now me.
I am not the one
you remember,
nor am I the one
you will know.
She is not me.
She is a shell.
I am a leaf
in a tree.
The tree is now me.
I am not the tree,
nor am I the seed.
I belong not to the tree.
The tree is me.
I am a molecule
in the wind.
The wind is now me.
I am not the wind,
nor am I the breeze.
I belong not to the wind.
The wind is me.
I am accepting
time.
Time is now me.
I am not time,
nor am I a lost hour.
I belong not to then or beyond.
The now is me.

Not that your writing needs any props to make it good, but the combo here has me reeling.
