Fellow OSers:
Today a friend e-mailed me a wiki list for media with "generous copyright licensing." Since copyrights and plagiarism have been topics of many recent posts, I want to share good fortune with my OS friends.
I've pulled the links I'm sharing from the list so that you can sample from this page. Also, the title and link of the wiki that was e-mailed to me are included at the end of the list.
The first two items listed taught me about "spinners," which I think I'll use sometimes when seeking individual licensing notices.
Please do your homework on whether or not the media is truly free to use.
I hope you enjoy the share.
